If you’re not happy with your Sitriva cushion, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sitriva.com and we’ll make it right. Return the cushion and we’ll refund you in full. There’s no restocking fee.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 30 days and we’ll send a replacement or a full refund. You won’t need to send anything back.
